Positive, I stayed in a Comfort Double Room for 1 night. The reception staff were accommodating and happy to chat in English. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was great. Breakfast featured freshly squeezed orange juice and a solid continental spread. A perfect stopover 👍

Group of 10. A very brief stay. Hotel is basic - but good location.
Smell of smoke residue in some of the rooms.

Very basic for a 3 star hotel, but very central location. Would have expected a buffet breakfast for 9 euros instead of a continental...and the lift was broken when we left! One night stay only, so good enough in my book. Car parking underneath was 10 euros.

Modern facilities, centrally located, available bicycle storage
Room sizes are disappointingly cramped!!! The bathroom layout could use a redesign to prevent flooding and there's minimal space for personal items.

The location is quite convenient - the train station in the vicinity, city center close as well.
The hotel is very old and needs renovation, as the interior if the room was ok, but 15 years ago. The door locker was down and nobody fixed it saying 'I'm watching you, don't worry', but the staff is friendly and nice.

This is an excellent choice if you need to stay in Orleans and you are looking for 2-3 star hotel: a central location on a quiet street, rooms are quiet, large and comfortable.

Perfect location right in the heart of town, near Maison de Jeanne d'arc Museum. Excellent breakfast and a lot of goodies.

The room was very attractive and impeccably clean, while the staff provided helpful dining recommendations. The parking situation was frustrating, with a narrow and expensive garage, made access difficult, and I faced issues navigating the area's road closures. The bathroom was tiny and had some maintenance issues, like mold in the shower and an unpleasant smell from the cracked basin.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic, but adequately priced (9 euro). Very close to city centre. Rooms are big enough and tidy. Very good price-quality ratio.
A matter of taste: the interior could use an update; our room for example was decorated with blue-green bamboo furniture.

fantastic base for exploring charming orleans sights and parks
My family and I had a wonderful experience here, with rooms that were clean and comfortably laid out, making it a great spot to rest after our city adventures while being just a few steps from the beautiful Maison de Jeanne d'Arc and the vibrant Halles Chatelet market.
